Structure and working principle
The actuating mechanism of the thermal relay is a spring type quick action jumping structure,and its internal structure diagram is shown in Figure 1

Working principle

The bimetal elements of the thermal relay are connected in series in the main circuit. When the line current increases, the bimetallic element is heated and bent to a certain extent to push the sliding plate,and the normally closed contact is separated from the push rod by compensating the bimetallic element. Ensure that the motor is out of phase and overload is effectively protected
